The bracelet is made for the 25th celebration of “the Decision to repeal apartheid Laws“. Apartheid in South Africa was a bad Affair. I want to show people, that it is worth fighting for freedom.
I built a Bracelet, because it reminds on the figurative chains of black people. The bracelet shows the Bantu Homelands Constitution Act (31/03/1971-27/04/1994)
The first side of my bracelet shows South Africa in times of apartheid with the homelands, where black people had to life. When you turn the bracelet around you see South Africa nowadays.
